This anthology of one or two page reflections is a great collection of wisdom and inspiration. Kit Rockwell's gift for jumping off from just about any topic - a documentary on the Lewis and Clark expedition, or squirrels or brooks in the ravine behind her house, or reading a murder mystery, etc - into a reflection about how to take this topic back to 'the Lord' is repeatable and remarkable. Some of her reflections are philosophical, exploring questions like "how can a loving God allow anyone to be lost" Some of them explore ideas like meekness, or mercy, or addiction. I am really enjoying this collection and will randomly open the book and find something evocative and worth a deeper look. I recommend this book!
